When I first saw this I wondered "who can even speak when doing aerobics, let alone practice a foreign language??"

My mom does occupational therapy for a living, and she says it actually helps you remember better if you are moving. Since language, music, and physical movement are processed in different parts of the brain, you are going to remember the new language in more than one way from watching this video. That's why it is so much easier to remember lyrics than to memorize a poem, and why it's even easier to remember lyrics if you dance or sing along. Normally doing the aerobics could serve as an aid to memory when trying to remember the English phrases, but doing an aerobics routine would not be a wise idea when trying to assuage some robbers or speak to a police officer. ;-)
